I’ve been coming to Roop for years and love when I get my eyebrows threaded here. Today I came to get my eyebrows done and Jassi did such an amazing job to make my eyebrows arched with a nice shape. Jassi was kind and professional. I look forward to coming back again!

I visited Roop Salon a few days ago, and the service was absolutely terrible. The technician who worked on me was unprofessional, rude, and openly racist. She clearly does not know how to do her job, as she completely ruined my eyebrows. When I confronted her about it, instead of apologizing or acknowledging her mistake, she dismissively said, 'It’s okay if they got messed up; you have enough hair, so it’s all good.' To make matters worse, she made a racist comment targeting my nationality, telling me, 'People from your country always behave this way.' When I warned her that I would write a review about her poor skills and behavior, she laughed it off. She said she didn't care because she is transferring to a different Roop Salon location anyway, and told me I could just go to a different branch to get my eyebrows done. I do not know her name, but management needs to address this immediately. People this unprofessional and racist should not be hired or allowed to represent your business at any location.

If I could give them a 0 I honestly would. I went in for a simple cleanup and even told the lady multiple times to not change my shape as I like my thick brows. She then proceeded to take out scissors and give me thin uneven mismatched brows. Im literally missing a chunk on one side. Also had a horrendous attitude about everything. Never again!
